To file a Claim Notice, fill out the appropriate Loss Notice Form and file per the below guidelines:

• Property claims: file within 30 days
• Liability claims: file within 7 days of receipt from claimant; Notice of Tort Claim may be submitted by email: Liability Claims

Worker's Compensation:

CorVel Corporation serves as the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for Workers’ Compensation claims through NMSIF. 

• If you have been injured on the job, please fill out the Notice of Accident Form and submit to your employer. 
• For new claims, members may submit the Employer's First Report of Injury or Illness (E-1) via email. For new claims, email CorVel and cc Workers Compensation Claims. Please include a message similar to: “Please open this Workers’ Compensation claim for New Mexico Self Insurers Fund - (Member Name).”
• To submit medical records, RTW, or other claim-related documents:
