Uniform Traffic Ordinance (UTO)

The 2010 Compilation of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance (UTO) has been updated to reflect all legislative amendments through July 2025. The compilation includes Articles 1-13, a parallel table and penalty assessment. 

For municipalities that have adopted the UTO, these changes MUST be adopted by your Governing Body via ordinance for them to become effective.
