Bachelor’s degree in recreation, parks management, business administration, physical education, or a closely related field, plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in parks and recreation, including two (2) years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience likely to produce the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
