Under administrative direction of Finance Director and Deputy Finance Director the AP/AR Cashier enters data into computer and processes all items for payment. Bills out and creates receipts in money for all accounts receivable billing. Records all payments made, and maintain accounting records by performing the following duties. Greets customers and visitors to City Hall, answers telephone and routes calls, computes and collects utility payments and issues work orders. Position will remain open until filled.
