Applications are being accepted for a full time City Clerk. This is a Department Director level position and performs under the direction of the City Administrator. Gives notice of Council meetings pursuant to the Open Meetings Act and prepares meeting agendas, gathers and organizes agenda documentation for Council meetings and attends all City Council meetings. Records all ordinances, resolutions and other actions taken by City Council and follows up on said actions and is the custodian of City records.
